The hotel was in a very central setting right next to the church of blue domes. It was near to the one available outlet and Cuenca's old town and shops, markets & beautiful parks. - Really enjoyed my nice size room with nice views as well as a balcony. - Had original decoration. I had a great stay at Flore Hotel Boutique Cuenca! the central location next to the church of blue domes was so convenient. It was also close to Cuenca's old town, shops, markets, and beautiful parks. My room was spacious with lovely views and a balcony. the original decoration added a unique touch to the overall experience.

my stay in cuenca was great, but this hotel really topped it! the staff were incredibly helpful, going out of their way to assist me with translations and my stay. the views from my room and the comfortable atmosphere made this experience truly memorable.
the breakfast lacked variety after a few days.

Had a great Thanksgiving weekend stay, with two complementary facts that went beyond our expectations, key location near the central square, and a safe feel in the area. The rooms were clean, with comfortable bedding, and a large flat-screen television. We found staff to be very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. plenty of great local restaurants and attractions were within walking distance, making it easy to get around without any trouble.
One downside is that there is no elevator/lift in the building, which could be a problem for some people or those carrying heavy luggage. if you’re a light sleeper, the street noise along with early morning noise could be an issue, so bring along some earplugs if necessary.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Great location in the center of town. Clean and well-kept rooms. Good water pressure in showers. English-speaking staff went above and beyond to assist. César at the front desk was excellent. Tasty breakfast with better options than other hotels. Beautiful room with great views.
For us, it was ideal.
